1. scope of services

el mitacoa provides handmade chocolates for individual, bulk, and custom orders. services may include personalized packaging, event gifting, and seasonal specials.

2. ordering process

orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact. all orders are confirmed only after full payment or as specified in the invoice. custom or large orders may require extra time for preparation.

3. pricing and payments

prices are listed in your local currency. we accept payments through credit/debit cards, upi, and paypal. a deposit may be required for large or customized orders. full payment is due before production unless otherwise agreed.

4. delivery and pickup

we offer delivery and pickup options based on your location. delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. we are not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

5. cancellations and refunds

orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. after that, especially for custom orders, cancellations may not be possible. refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items. photo proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

6. allergies and ingredients

our chocolates may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. we do not guarantee any product to be allergen-free.

7. client responsibilities

you are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery, and order information. errors due to incorrect details provided by the client are not our responsibility.

8. use of content

all designs, recipes, and content created by el mitacoa are our property. copying, reproducing, or reselling our products or branding without permission is not allowed.

9. privacy

your personal information is used only to fulfill your order or respond to inquiries. we do not share your data with third parties except for payment and delivery processing.

10. changes to terms

these terms may be updated without prior notice. the latest version will always be available on our website.
