Shipping Policy

At El-Mitacoa , we take pride in delivering our handcrafted chocolates with utmost care to ensure you experience the finest quality. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your doorstep within 3-7 days from receipt of your order and payment confirmation.

Since our chocolates are delicate and heat-sensitive, we package them in thermal-insulated boxes to maintain freshness and quality during transit. This specialized packaging means an additional shipping charge applies.

Delivery Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, every day of the week.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently unavailable.

Delivery Locations: We deliver only to the cities listed as “available” on our website. Orders cannot be redirected or shipped to alternative addresses.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receipt: Deliveries must be signed for by the recipient listed in the order. We are not responsible for goods signed for by others.

We will confirm your delivery date, time, and address before dispatch. If delivery fails on the first attempt due to reasons such as recipient unavailability or incorrect address, we will attempt delivery a second time. A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges. If the additional charge is refused, a refund of the order amount (excluding shipping) will be processed.

Delivery will be considered unsuccessful if:

Delivery cannot be completed due to wrong or incomplete address.

Recipient is unavailable at the delivery location.

Delivery location is inaccessible or locked.

In case of adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or nationwide disruptions, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries and will keep you informed accordingly.

Claims for Shortages or Damage:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email through our customer service channels. Late claims cannot be accommodated.

Delivery Charges:

Shipping and handling fees vary based on order size, packaging, and location. Charges are clearly communicated during checkout before payment.
