Return & Refund Policy

El Mitacoa chocolates are perishable and crafted with care for freshness and quality. For this reason:

All sales are final once the product is delivered and accepted.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will process a refund or replacement for the affected product only.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks after verification. You will be notified once your refund has been completed.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day. Please note, orders are not dispatched on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
